Molly Hill

FOUNDER

How did Fitzone start

Founder Molly Hill started Fitzone in 2015 after realizing she could no longer deliver the level of individualized coaching she believed people truly needed inside a traditional big-box gym environment.   While owning and operating a 20,000 foot gym, she saw first hand how easy it was for members to feel overlooked and how difficult it was to provide the hands-on guidance required to create real lasting transformation. 


She made a bold decision.


Molly transitioned from a big box model to a more private, coaching focused studio, a place where she and her team could be fully present, hands-on, and deeply invested in every member's success. 


From the beginning Fitzone was built differently. Molly created several innovative training programs designed to produce measurable results, not just good workouts. She assembled an incredible team of coaches who shared her passion for personal connection, accountability, and life changing transformation. 

Very quickly, she recognized something even more important. 80% of results come from what you eat.

That realization led to the integration of a comprehensive nutrition program, allowing FITZONE to support members both inside and outside the studio. It wasn’t just about workouts anymore it was about lifestyle change

A clear focus: Serving the 40+ community

Over the years Molly’s focus evolved. She began to recognize that adults over 40 were often underserved in traditional fitness environments. Many were dealing with hormonal changes, joint pain, and slower recovery. Past injuries or frustration from workouts that no longer worked the way they use to. 


Rather than training to be everything to everyone. Molly chose to specialize. Today, FITZONE is intentionally designed for men and women 40+. Programs are structured around longevity, strength, mobility metabolism and sustainable nutrition- not extreme workouts or trends. 


The shift wasn’t accidental, it was intentional.  

Where we are today (2026)

In 2025 Fitzone entered a new chapter. We moved to a larger, more open space to create an even better experience for our members, more room to move. More energy, more community and an environment that reflects who we are today.

A message from Molly

“Fitzone was never meant to be just another gym. It was created to be a place where people over 40 feel seen, supported and guided every step of the way. As we age fitness becomes less about extremes and more about longevity, strength and living fully. My mission is to help our members not just add years to their lives-but life to their years”.

The Team

Coach Jay

Coach Jay brings the energy every single time. Known for great workouts that are always fun, he keeps the vibe high whether he’s coaching large groups or small sessions. He’s a devoted husband and dad to two beautiful kids, and also trains young athletes when he’s not at Fitzone. Bonus: he’s a legit DJ—so expect great music, and if you catch the right class, you might even see him and Coach Molly break out some dance moves mid-workout.

Coach Logan

Coach Logan started as a Fitzone member—and was so dedicated and badass, we had to make her a coach. Her playlists will make you work harder (whether you want to or not 😅), and her positive motivation keeps you pushing through every rep. She’s raised three amazing, athletic daughters and has dedicated her life to fitness—not just for her girls, but for herself too. Expect strength, heart, and serious good vibes in every class.

Coach Chelsea

Coach Chelsea is the definition of strong—inside and out. She trains hard, juggles life with six amazing kids (yes, six 😮‍💨), and still shows up bright and early to coach with energy and purpose. Known for her early-morning reliability and her famous “you can lift heavier than that” encouragement, Chelsea will push you past your comfort zone in the best way. From large group classes to small group coaching, she brings grit, heart, and just the right amount of tough love.

Coach Bradi

Coach Bradi will absolutely kick your butt—with her famous “let’s get this over with” attitude—and then keep pushing you without ever letting up. With over 25 years of coaching experience, she’s a relentless motivator who leads by example and will never ask you to do something she isn’t willing to do herself. Balancing a full-time job alongside coaching, plus being a mom and wife, Bradi brings grit, experience, and no-excuses energy to every workout. If you want results, she’s your girl.

Coach Pam

Coach Pam brings unmatched energy and drive to her Rhythm & Blows classes. She motivates, encourages, and—fair warning—might throw in a few swear words for effect. Music is the heartbeat of her workouts, and she puts serious thought into every playlist to keep you moving, smiling, and working hard. When you leave her class, you might be thinking, “What the hell just happened?”—and already wondering when you can come back for more.
