Q: How do I join?

It’s a really simple process – you can register & join us for 2 free classes! Try us out before becoming a member. You also have the options to call or visit us for more information.

Q: How do I schedule a class?

Q: Is there anything I should do prior to working out?

Drink, drink, drink. The key to a healthy body is staying hydrated. So be sure to have plenty of water before, during and after your class. Also be sure to eat a little something before you exercise. We recommend a light snack 30 minutes before class.

Q: What should I wear to train in?

We suggest sporting a tee or tank on top and comfortable light pants or shorts on the bottom. The most important thing is being comfortable and wearing good quality athletic shoes. Sweat towels are provided for you here at the Zone.

Q: What is the check-in process?

Please make sure to arrive early. A big part of the Fit Zone experience is the interactive heart rate monitor which displays your ``zone`` on the screens. Try to arrive about 10 minutes early in order to make sure that you have it on and it is working properly.

Q: Is there anywhere to store my belongings?

We have cubbies inside of the ZONE studio where your stuff will be safe and sound.
