ZONEX

Zone training is high intensity interval training, focusing on intervals of cardiovascular work and strength. This form of exercise is a highly efficient means of improving your fitness level and burning body fat. Using a variety of equipment including treadmills, rowing machines, TRX suspension training™ and free weights to tone your body and gain energy throughout the day. Zone X is the same as our Zone 60 but only 45 minutes. Great for a lunch time quickie!

If you wan to improve your muscle strength and continue to burn stored body fat, Zone X is the perfect class for you. Whether you are a beginner or attend this class on a regular basis, zone training will give you more energy, visible toning and extra calorie burn for up to 36 hours!
