In every class you’ll have a blast punching and kicking the fat right off your body.
You will burn up to 1,000 calories in this high intensity class.

All fitness levels are welcome, so you can go at your own pace.

This class combines the punching and kicking of heavy bags, cardiovascular exercise and strength and agility training.
